1. 5 huevos

    185 g de harina

    75 g de almendras picadas

    125 g de azúcar glas

    125 g de mantequilla

    huevo batido

    azúcar

    canela molida

    Bate en un bol la mantequilla a punto de pomada con el azúcar glas. Agrega uno a uno los huevos sin dejar de batir. Agrega también las almendras y la harina tamizada. Mezcla hasta conseguir una masa uniforme.

    Introduce esta mezcla en una manga pastelera y deposita unos montoncitos en una placa de horno cubierta con papel de hornear. Unta con huevo batido y espolvorea con un poco de azúcar. Hornea a 175 grados durante 8-10 minutos.

    Sirve los suspiros espolvoreados con canela.

  2. TARTA DE FRESAS CON NATA (2 p.)

    1 lámina de hojaldre

    20-25 fresas

    ½ l de nata líquida

    3 cucharadas de azúcar

    hojas de menta

    Estira el hojaldre sobre la encimera y espolvorea con una pizca de azúcar. Presiona el hojaldre con un rodillo para que se pegue bien el azúcar. Corta dos rectángulos y retira la parte sobrante.

    Coloca papel de hornear sobre la bandeja del horno. Pon encima el hojaldre y cubre con otra bandeja de horno para que quede bien fino. Hornea a 180 grados durante 15-20 minutos.

    Introduce la nata en un bol, añade una cucharada y media de azúcar y móntala con una batidora de varillas. Introduce la nata en una manga pastelera y cubre uno de los rectángulos de hojaldre. Coloca encima fresas. Pon el otro rectángulo encima y repite la operación. Decora con hojas de menta y sirve.

  3. TARTALETA DE HIGOS FRESCOS (2 p.)

    ½ lámina de pasta brisa

    8-10 higos frescos

    canela molida

    azúcar

    1 limón

    4 cucharadas de miel

    hojas de menta

    Para hacer las tartaletas, extiende la lámina de pasta brisa, corta dos trozos con un cortapastas, colócalos en una bandeja de horno cubierta con papel de hornear y hornea a 180 grados durante 8 minutos.

    Pon sobre las tartaletas un poco de azúcar y una pizca de ralladura de limón. Pela los higos, pártelos por la mitad y colócalos encima. Espolvorea con un poco de canela y hornea durante 2-3 minutos.

    Haz zumo con el limón y mézclalo con la miel. Calienta en el microondas un minuto para que se mezclen bien los sabores. Vierte por encima de las tartaletas la miel con el limón y decora con hojas de menta.
