1. 1 lámina de hojaldre

    25 g de mantequilla

    1 clara de huevo

    2 vasos de leche

    130 g de chocolate de cobertura

    pasas remojadas

    frutas varias confitadas y picadas

    nuez moscada

    pimienta

    azúcar

    harina

    Extiende el hojaldre espolvoreando un poco de harina para que no se pegue y corta en piezas redondas con un cortapastas. Mezcla un puñado de pasas, la mantequilla derretida, un puñado de frutas confitadas, una pizca de nuez moscada y una pizca de pimienta.

    Coloca sobre cada porción de hojaldre una cucharadita colmada de la mezcla. Enrolla los círculos y aplasta con el rodillo y un poco de harina para que no se peguen. Úntalos con la clara de huevo batida y espolvorea por encima azúcar. Coloca la placa de horno con papel de hornear y encima las galletas. Ásalas en el horno a 200 grados durante unos 15- 20 minutos, hasta que estén doradas.

    Para preparar el chocolate, calienta en una cazuela la leche con el chocolate dándole vueltas con una cuchara de madera.

    Sirve las galletas y acompáñalas con una taza de chocolate.

  2. GALLETAS DE PASTA QUEBRADA (2 p.)

    Para la pasta quebrada

    350 g de harina

    ¼ de kg de mantequilla

    ¼ de kg de azúcar glas

    1 huevo

    Para decorar

    1 huevo

    piñones

    azúcar

    harina

    Para preparar la pasta quebrada, derrite la mantequilla y trabájala hasta que tenga una textura de punto de pomada. A continuación agrega el azúcar glas y mezcla hasta conseguir una masa uniforme. Después añade el huevo y mézclalo nuevamente. Por último, echa la harina y vuelve a mezclar hasta que quede totalmente absorbida.

    Amasa dando forma de rollo alargado y envuélvelo en film de cocina. Deja reposar en el frigorífico durante 8 horas antes de su utilización.

    Coge la porción de masa que necesites, extiéndela con un rodillo, espolvoreando harina para que no se pegue, y corta las galletas a tu gusto. Pon encima de algunas azúcar, y otras úntalas con el huevo batido y coloca unos piñones encima. Hornea a 180 grados durante 10 minutos.

    Sirve las galletas cuando estén frías.
