CIRUELAS Y FRESAS CON YOGUR

 

500 g de ciruelas pasas gruesas, deshuesadas

300 g de fresas gruesas en cuartos, lavadas

Yogur natural descremado

5 hojas de limonero

1 hoja de laurel

4 granos de cardamomo

1 vaso de vino tinto

1 vaso de agua

1 corteza de limón

Zumo de limón

 

Abrir los granos de cardamomo y aplastarlos en el mortero.

Hervir agua + vino + hojas + granos de cardamomo + corteza de limón.

Añadir las ciruelas y cocer 15 min a fuego suave.

Retirar del fuego y enfriar en la nevera.

Añadirles el zumo de limón + fresas frescas.

Acompañarlas con el yogur.

Listo.
