CHILE CON CARNE ADELGAZANTE

 

1 kg de carne picada sin grasa (ternera-cerdo)

3 clavos de olor

4 cardamomos

1 chile rojo fresco

2 dientes de ajo pelados

1 hoja de laurel

1 limón

1 rama de canela

1 pizca de pimentón de La Vera picante

1 pizca de pasta de soja

1 pizca de vino blanco

750 ml de salsa de tomate

1 chorro generoso de vinagre de jerez

1 tarro grande de pochas cocidas en conserva, escurridas

Sal y pimienta

 

En un mortero, moler clavos + cardamomo.

Añadir el chile + ajos y majar.

Poner una pizca de aceite en una olla y sofreír el contenido del mortero + laurel + cáscara de limón + canela.

Añadir el pimentón + pasta de soja, y sofreír unos segundos.

Agregar la carne + sal + pimienta, y darle vueltas rompiendo con la cuchara para que quede suelta.

Una vez suelta la carne, añadir vino blanco + salsa de tomate, y dejar guisar 5-10 min para que se integre bien.

Añadir a la carne el vinagre + zumo de limón.

Agregar las pochas en conserva y dejar que cojan el gusto de la carne y la salsa.

Rectificar la sazón.

Listo.
