SALSA DE CHURRASCO «O GROVE»

 

3 dientes de ajo pelados

100 ml de aceite de oliva

6 hojas de albahaca fresca

1 rama de orégano fresco

2 ramitas de tomillo fresco

2 cayenas sin semillas

2 ramas de perejil fresco

50 ml de vinagre de vino

50 ml de vino blanco tipo albariño o ribeiro

1 cucharadita de pimentón dulce

1/2 cucharadita de pimentón picante

1 cucharadita de sal

 

Triturarlo todo en la túrmix y rectificar de sal y especias.

Introducir la mezcla en una botella a través de un colador.

Observaciones: Ideal para la parrilla o para mojar carne antes de asar o durante el asado, y también para mojar un picadillo de cerdo sofriéndose en una sartén, etc.
