1 conserva de garbanzos cocidos

1 conserva de atún al natural

2 dientes de ajo fritos

3 cucharadas de pasta de sésamo tahini

1 chorrete de agua

1 pellizco de cominos

1 limón

1 chorrazo de aceite de oliva virgen

Sal y pimienta

Pimentón de La Vera picante

2 panes de pita

Romero fresco

 

Horno a 200 ºC.

Abrir en dos el pan de pita, refregarlo con aceite de oliva y pringarlo de hojas de romero.

Colocarlo en una bandeja y meterlo al horno.

Reservar algunos garbanzos sin triturar.

En una batidora americana, añadir los garbanzos escurridos + ajos + sésamo + agua + cominos + zumo de limón + aceite de oliva + sal + pimienta.

Una vez triturado, refrigerar.

Colocar una cucharada muy gruesa en el centro de una fuente y hacerle un pozo en el centro con el dorso de la cuchara.

Colocar en el pozo los garbanzos enteros + atún + chorrete de aceite, y espolvorear pimentón.

Acompañar con el pan de pita caliente.

Listo.
