SOPA DE AJO AL MICROONDAS

 

8 dientes de ajo pelados

1 guindilla fresca

60 g de pan integral

6 cucharadas soperas de salsa de tomate frito

1 cucharada sopera de pulpa de pimiento choricero en conserva

1 pizca de pimentón dulce de La Vera

500 ml de agua caliente + pastilla de caldo

1 pizca de aceite de oliva

Sal

 

Laminar los ajos + picar la guindilla.

Colocar en un recipiente apropiado los ajos + guindilla + sal, y mezclar.

Cocinar destapado a la máxima potencia durante 2 min.

Mientras, laminar el pan en rebanadas finas.

Sacar el sofrito del microondas, añadir pan + tomate + choricero + pimentón + pastilla + agua + sal.

Cocinar tapado, a la máxima potencia, durante 15 min.

Dejar reposar a cubierto unos minutos.

Listo.
