PAVO «MINUTO» CON CHAMPIÑONES

 

750 g de muslo de pavo deshuesado o de pechuga

2 cebolletas picadas

3 dientes de ajo picados

1 pastilla de caldo

500 g de champis pequeños, limpios

1 pizca de pimentón de La Vera

1 limón

1 botellín pequeño de cerveza

300 ml de salsa de tomate

2 puñados de espinacas crudas tiernas, limpias

Aceite de oliva

Sal y pimienta

 

Trocear la carne de pavo en pedazos menudos.

En una olla ancha y baja, dorarlos en aceite de oliva por todas las caras.

Una vez tostados, los reservamos en un bol y los salpimentamos.

En la misma olla, añadir cebolletas + ajo + pastilla de caldo, y sofreír.

Añadir la ralladura de limón.

Agregar el pimentón + zumo de limón + pizca de cerveza, y reducir.

Añadir los champiñones, los más grandes en cuartos o mitades.

Incorporar el tomate y salpimentar. Dejar guisar a fuego fuerte 10 min o hasta que se consuma. Añadir las espinacas.

Agregar los pedazos de pavo y remover. Listo.
