SALCHICHAS «ALIÑÁS»

 

3 salchichas frescas y gruesas de carnicero, «sin grasa»

1 manojo de rábanos

1 puñado de hojas de perejil deshojadas

1 pepino fresco mediano

1 escarola limpia

2 chalotas hermosas en tiras finas

1 diente de ajo picado

1 cucharada de mostaza en grano

1 chorrete de vinagre de vino tinto

Aceite de oliva

Sal y pimienta molida

 

Poner las salchichas al fuego en una sartén y dorarlas por sus caras.

Partir los rabanitos en dos sobre la tabla.

Cortar el pepino en rodajas, añadirlo a una fuente + escarola + rabanitos + chalotas + perejil.

En un tarro, hacer la vinagreta: ajo + mostaza + vinagre + sal + pimienta + aceite de oliva.

Una vez tostadas las salchichas, las escurrimos sobre la tabla y las partimos en pedazos medianos.

Aliñar la ensalada con la vinagreta.

Colocar encima los pedazos de salchicha.

Listo.
