SALSA DE TOMATE EXPRÉS

 

4 tomates maduros

3 cebolletas picadas

2 dientes de ajo picados

1 pizca de cayena

1 pizca de vinagre de sidra

5 cucharadas de aceite de oliva

1 puñado de hojas de albahaca

1 gota de vino blanco

1 pizca de azúcar

Sal y pimienta

 

Rehogar las cebolletas + ajo + cayena durante 5 min en una olla con saly pimienta + pizca de aceite de oliva.

Trocear los tomates.

Añadirlos a la cebolleta rehogada y guisar 5 min más.

Agregar el vinagre + gota de vino blanco y, cuando vuelva a hervir, introducir en una batidora de vaso.

Triturar a la máxima potencia, añadiendo por la boca el aceite de oliva + albahaca.

Sazonar y añadir una pizca de azúcar.

Volver a hervir al fuego unos minutos hasta que se caliente.
