ATÚN EN TOMATE «PATONTOS»

 

2 paquetes de solomillo de atún congelado

2 cebolletas picadas

1 pimiento verde picado

2 dientes de ajo

1 lata de pimientos asados

1 chorrete de txakoli

1 pizca de pimentón picante de La Vera

500 g de conserva de sofrito de tomate

Aceite de oliva y sal

 

En un sauté, rehogar la cebolleta + pimiento + ajo + aceite + sal.

Romper con las manos los pimientos de conserva y añadirlos al sofrito + txakoli + pimentón.

Incorporar la salsa de tomate y dejar que hierva.

Abrir los paquetes de atún y sumergir los lomos congelados en la salsa.

Guisarlos unos 8 min por cada lado, hasta que se descongelen.

Rectificar la sazón.

Listo.
