SOPA DE CHAMPIS

 

2 cebolletas medianas muy picadas

3 chalotas muy picadas

3 dientes de ajo picados

1 pizca de cayena

700 g de champiñones laminados finos

1 pizca de vino blanco

2 l de caldo de carne o agua con pastilla

2 quesitos en porciones 0% MG

Aceite de oliva

Sal

 

Rehogar las cebolletas + chalotas + ajos + cayena + aceite + sal.

Añadir los champis y rehogar unos minutos.

Verter el vino y dejar que reduzca unos segundos.

Mojar con el caldo de carne y cocer 20 min.

Accionar a la máxima potencia y añadir los quesitos.

Salpimentar y colocar en una sopera.

Servir en tazas.
