Mango caramelizado con azúcar moreno y helado de vainilla

Ingredientes

1 mango no demasiado maduro

50 g de azúcar moreno

250 ml de helado de vainilla

5 cl de Grand Marnier

50 g de mantequilla

Elaboración

1  Pela con cuidado el mango. Córtalo en lonchas gruesas, en el sentido del hueso y con forma de abanicos regulares.

2  En una sartén, pon a calentar la mantequilla. Rehoga en ella las lonchas de mango. Una vez que hayan tomado color, espolvoréalas con azúcar moreno y deja que se caramelicen.

3  Flambea todo con el Grand Marnier, con cuidado de no quemarte. Sírvelo enseguida, acompañándolo de bolas de helado de vainilla que cubrirás con el almíbar de la cocción del mango.
