3. Chocolate and Nut Layer Bars

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes, divided
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup sliced pecans
- 1 cup unsalted peanuts
- 1 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- Coconut oil for greasing
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with coconut oil.
- Sprinkle 1 cup coconut flakes evenly on the bottom of the baking pan.
- Combine the chocolate chips, butterscotch, and peanuts in a medium bowl then spread mixture evenly over the coconut layer.
- Stir together the condensed milk, honey, and butter in another bowl and pour evenly over the chocolate mixture.
- Sprinkle with sliced pecans and remaining coconut flakes.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
