3. Vanilla Crepes with Toasted Walnuts and Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, sliced
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- Coconut oil for greasing
Directions
- Stir together flour, honey, and salt in a medium bowl. Beat together the eggs and milk until smooth then add the flour mixture; mix in vanilla and butter.
- Grease a crepe pan with coconut oil. Place pan over medium heat.
- Pour batter into the pan, about 4 tablespoons for each crepe. Tip to spread the batter thinly to the edges and brown on both sides.
- Drizzle crepes with chocolate syrup then add walnuts over the top.
