2. Guilt-free Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 6 ripe bananas, peeled, sliced then frozen
- 1 cup pure coconut milk
- 1/4 cup low-fat unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, grated
Directions
- Puree bananas in a blender for about 15 seconds.
- Add coconut milk, butter, honey, and chocolate chips; blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a freezable container. Freeze for 1 hour then serve.
