2. Honey Mustard BBQ Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cranberry juice
  • 1 teaspoon gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 8 thin cut pork chops
  • Olive oil for greasing

Directions

  • Mix the first 11 ingredients in a large dish.
  • Add the pork chops, cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Grease grill grate lightly with olive oil.
  • Discard marinade and grill pork chops over high heat for 6-8 minutes; turning once.
  • Let stand 3 minutes then serve.
