4. Fruit Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, quartered
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into small chunks
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
Directions
- Stir together the mayonnaise, garlic, dill weed, mustard, and honey in a bowl.
- Mix the chicken, strawberries, pineapple, and walnuts in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss chicken mixture with the prepared dressing.
- Chill for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
