Ensalada de atún y patata con berros

1 frasco de 200 g de ventresca de atún

12 patatitas cocidas en conserva

1 latita pequeña de maíz

1 latita de pimiento rojo

1 yogur natural

Sal y pimienta

1 cajita de berros

Escurre bien el atún, reservando un par de cucharadas del líquido de conservación. Repártelo entre cuatro cuencos de ensalada procurando que no se rompa mucho. Enjuaga bien las patatas y el maíz, y reparte ambos ingredientes entre los cuencos. Limpia bien de restos de piel y semillas el pimiento rojo, y distribúyelo de la misma manera. Refrigera hasta el momento de servir.

En el último momento, bate bien el yogur con el líquido reservado del atún. Condimenta esta salsa con sal y pimienta, y riega con ella la ensalada de atún. Dispon los berros alrededor y sirve.
