In each of the following cakes, I combine an unconventional design aspect with classic techniques to create something bold.

When a whimsical touch is incorporated into a cake, the creation tends to take on more of a playful look while still featuring classic techniques. My goal is to have people forget that they’re looking at cake and sugar sculpture for a moment and be swept away into the design.
