La correcta es la primera. Cuando el verbo en la oración principal describe un acontecimiento futuro no se utilizan verbos modales, como will, en la oración adverbial subordinada:

I’m going to see him when I get home.

I’m going to see him when I’ll get home.

Normalmente se utilizan formas del present (simple, continuous y perfect) después de conjunciones de tiempo como when, once, after, before, until,y as soon as:

They’re going to start work as soon as the weather improves.

I’ll get back to you after I’ve had a chance to talk it through with my wife.

They’ll be moving back to Denver once Lincoln’s contract ends.

Can we wait here until they’re making the final call for passengers?

Conviene recordar que when no siempre se utiliza para comenzar una oración adverbial de tiempo. También puede significar ‘porque en ese momento/ese día/a esa hora’:

I’ll go on next Sunday when it’ll be less crowded.
